What is Endermologie (Lipomassage)?
Lipomassage is designed to eliminate stubborn fat and cellulite, as well as love handles and fat around the waist. Lipomassage precisely targets and slims your problem areas, reshaping and re-contouring your body according to your desires. Lipomassage is a technology by Endermologie, which involves a new methodology called Roll’in Technology. There are three different technologies used to address the various needs of the patient. They are: Roll’in, Roll’out, and Roll’up. Although protocols have changed over the years, it now involves the patient as he or she must contract and relax the muscles during treatment to help solicit them. The mechanical activation of collagen and elastin in cells during the procedure also contributes to the systematic reconstruction of the physical structure and the strengthening of the abdomen, chest and hips.
This treatment is ideal for patients who have, despite weight loss diets, cannot get rid of stubborn belly fat. As well as for patients who are thin and healthy but still suffer from cellulite dimples or fatty flabby skin. Or for patients who would like quick results without undergoing surgery. Lipomassage can also benefit men who live an active healthy lifestyle but still have stubborn fat or who, after weight loss, want to keep their skin firm and elastic.

What is the Endermologie (Lipomassage) procedure?
Roll’in is used for body slimming. The areas of excess fat are rolled between the two rollers of the massage device. Roll’out is used for firming the skin. Areas of excessive, loose skin are smoothed outward with the rollers of the massage device. Roll’Up is used for body contouring. The folds of skin are reshaped and designed in a manner more suitable to the patient with varying techniques and the speed of the massage rollers on the device.
