Consultation
It starts with a personal consultation with your trained and licensed Younique provider. During this one-on-one, they’ll discuss your concerns, your goals for treatment, and your medical history. If your provider determines that breast implant surgery is the best treatment, your surgery can be scheduled and you’ll be filled in on the pre-surgery preparation details.
Procedure
You will be given general anesthesia, and then your Younique surgeon will augment your breasts with the pre-discussed and selected type of breast implant: saline or silicone.
Recovery
Each Younique patient is different, and recovery time varies. Implant size, type, placement and procedure also affect recovery time. A full recovery usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, refrain from physical activity, lifting heavy objects and straining yourself.
Some patients combine breast augmentation with another procedure, which makes the total surgery time slightly longer.

- Week 1 to 2: avoid upper arm movements in general. Be very, very kind to your upper body during this critical time.
- Week 2 to 6: avoid lifting anything over 5 pounds.
- Week 6 to 10: very, very slowly ease back into your normal daily activities. You’ll need to be the judge of how much stress your upper body can handle, so pay attention to pain, and call Younique with any questions or concerns.
